I don't like that it's magnetic. I end up purchasing another case that is more secure when I don't want to use the keyboard.

The magic keyboard is a stretch in price but it worth every penny. The backlit keyboard is a nice plus but the biggest draw for me is the touchpad! Game changer for the iPad, it turns the experience into a full fledge MacBook!
