Despite some not so great tech reviews, I decided to give this a try since I do a lot of typing on my 2018 iPad Pro using a Smart Keyboard Folio. Lets just say I’m impressed for the following reasons: - Better for typing on my lap than expected. Couldn’t really do this effectively with the Smart Keyboard Folio - Weighty, but the weight is advantageous for balance and stability - Great keyboard for typing, especially with the illuminated keys - Excellent, rock solid build quality - Great trackpad and software implementation. Yes, this is an expensive add-on For your iPad. But if you do a lot of typing or use your iPad as a laptop substitute (which I do), it’s definitely worth the extra $100 over the Smart Keyboard Folio. Highly recommended!

I love this thing. I hate phones. The size is not great my stupid sausage fingers. This allows me to essentially use my ipad as my phone, texting people (the primary use of my phone) in a way I could only do on Android using Mighty Text. This has made it so my primary computer is my ipad. Not just for daily home activity, but also for all my smart home needs. Can’t tell you how much I love this product. My iPad would sit on the table and not be used if it wasn’t for this.

I literally love this keyboard it is super useful, it has practically turned my ipad into a MacBook and I love that because I get all the features that both the ipad have and the MacBooks have.

Great addition for the iPad. Virtually makes the iPad a small laptop with the scroll pad. Stylish and sturdy. Not meant to protect the iPad from dropping but does protect from daily wear and tear.

This keyboard makes the iPad look incredibly sexy! I love that it sets the iPad up and out so you can adjust the screen to your liking. I got the white and it's really pretty and seems to not absorb stains so far. REALLY PRETTY!

The tilting screen is perfect. I am so happy it has the track pad, makes it so easy to maneuver. The magnet on the keyboard holds the iPad up and the keyboard charges the iPad when connected to a charger or yo can charge the iPad and it charges the keyboard too.

This was recommended as a great add-in with the iPad and I’m glad I got it. I can use my iPad as a computer and research information much easier. It also is a protective case for my iPad as well.

This is by far my favorite iPad Pro accessory on the market. After using the Magic Keyboard for over a year, the iPad Pro has become an alternative mobile computer when I need just enough computing power to get things done, but I want to travel light. The keyboard is a joy to type on, the trackpad works amazingly, and backlit keys make typing in a dimly lit or dark room a breeze. The hardest thing to swallow with this accessory is the sticker price, which I will admit is a bit high. However, for the amount of utility and flexibility this adds to an already amazing device, I stomached it and I am glad that I did. If youre looking to turn your iPad into the ultimate Surface alternative, the Magic Keyboard is the only way to go. It will really make you wonder, "What's a computer?'

I love the keyboard, it's perfect to type on. It gives the iPad another level of performance. Now I don't have to take my Mac to the coffee shop if I don't want to.

Had a previous key board but never used it because it was too cumbersome. This one is great and I especially like the magnetic function that holds the I-pad in place. Easy to carry, easy to use and stands up at the angle I need based on where I am using.

My new favorite accessory for my IPad Air 4gen. While pricey, this does the job very well and products the iPad nicely. The trackpad works great, takes a bit of playing with it and watching a video or two to figure out all the features.

Purchased for testing PDF mark up. Works great for this as well as other business apps. It is a bit heavier than other iPads but it is too be expected. It also does not last for more than a couple days if left on overnight. Came with Apple TV for a year as a bonus!

When I originally got the iPad 11 Pro (wanted smaller version to be able to use with DJI Mavic), I got the Logitech keyboard/case combo. I have had nothing but issues with it. Decided to upgrade to apples magic keyboard, and holly cow what a difference. These were meant to be together. The keyboard is great and have had ZERO issues. Add a PITAKA Tech case (on Amazon) to fit iPad and also fit in the magic keyboard and all set. Best investment yet. Truly can turn iPad 128gb into a laptop with portable hard drive and HyperDrive 6-Port USB C Hub and you are set. Not even as an iPad, laptop but for those who were not lucky enough to to get the Xbox Series X, you can use the USB C Hub to connect to 4K TV and play mobile apps. Truly outstanding.

This keyboard is the icing on a cake. I would rather have a full keyboard to type so I am in heaven. The bonus is that you plug in the cord to the keyboard and it charges both devices! A little pricy but I got it anyway, it is high quality.

This keyboard is exceptional. It's compact, thin, and sticks to the iPad effortlessly. I've started using the combo as a replacement laptop.

The only downsides of this keyboard are the price and the lack of cases that work with it yet. Otherwise you will not be disappointed with function. It works well to turn the iPad into a “laptop” essentially and the keyboard/trackpad functions well.

Simply the best iPad accessory I have ever owned. Magnetic connection, easy to use, perfect for the lap or chair!
