This is a great product, keyboard is very responsive and the mouse function with the iPad is just perfect!! Feels just like a laptop computer with a touch screen. I only give this product 4 stars because of 2 things. One I have found that the keyboard will drain the battery a little faster, two the Apple pencil is not protected by the case so it could fall off when carrying the unit or when you put it in your bag. Its not enough to stop me from using this case keyboard almost every day.

Work automatically with ipad which is great. No need to connect once the ipad is snapped in. Only Con is that it is a little more on the heavy side.

after a short time using spacebar started sticking, and it’s only operational intermittently

After using this for couple of weeks now, I am a bit disappointed that the pen is not fully secured during transport. I wish it had a way to cover the pen or at least secure the pen in place. I also do not like how the ipad itself is not secured. Other than that, it is definitely smooth and easy to use.

Great investment a little over priced but good……..

I bought this item open box. The store representative that helped me was great wherein he explained the Best Buy rating of this open box item that helped me understand the inter gritty of this open box item. Excellent Product!! Perfect Design with the IPad Pro 12.9

I love it! Great quality and easy for business travel.

I really love the magic keyboard when I am using my Ipad Pro as a laptop replacement especially with the strong hinge so working on your lap is comfortable. I also have the logitech folio that has a kick stand which can feel instable when working from your lap. Only con is since its an all in one unit there is no way to fold and use in a true tablet mode for writing using an Apple pencil.
