The person at the Apple desk didn't know much. I had forgotten to bring my iPad along with me so that was my fault, but I was assured it would fit. It didn't. I had to return the keyboard (by UPS as the return window is so small and I live an hour and a half away from any Best Buy). I still haven't received my refund and that was over a month ago. Grrr! It is a beautiful piece of engineering, but alternatives that work great are out there and I found one online.

Easy to use and screen size is excellent. Detachable keyboard makes communication easier.

Keyboard works good. Holds the 5th generation iPad pro very well and it is lighted. There is one problem I have, the keyboard causes some apps to freeze or just stop working altogether, such as facebook. Removing the iPad from the keyboard corrects the problem. Maybe an update will solve this issue…

Easy to install so easy to use! Color looks great in combincation with my ipad color

It works, and it works well. But here are some of the things that bother me about it: ...No place to securely hold the Apple pencil. ...The hinge has one position, cannot push it back farther or adjust closer - this makes it difficult to hold on lap while using, without it falling backwards. A balancing act that makes it very uncomfortable. ...Cannot flip backwards to use as a tablet. Have to completely take it out of case. ...Have to push/click trackpad instead of tapping, and it is loud. ...TYping is LOUD. Cannot use during meeting or lecture without distracting.

It is a great keyboard but the price is just to high for the value.

I bought the Magic Keyboard in May, 2024. The keyboard quit working in September, 2025.

It really a “magic” keyboard turning a iPad pro into a laptop-like device!

Key board is ok but sometimes gets kid of stuck and it the proper key do no type the proper symbols. I have to detach it and reattach it.

Exceptionally fine product. Makes use of iPad very much more productive.
