    I bought this item open box. The store representative that helped me was great wherein he explained the Best Buy rating of this open box item that helped me understand the inter gritty of this open box item. Btw, there is something wrong with the “Overall rating*” function when writing a review smh

    I love everything about this from how easily the tablet connects to the smoothness of the keys. It feels very sturdy, sitting on my lap. Also, the trackpad is super smooth, and very responsive.

    I like the keypad but it does have some flaws. First, the track pad occasionally freezes up and I have to reboot the IPad to get it back. Also, the caps lock key won’t program to Esc. The arrow keys can’t be used to scroll in most apps, they do work in the facebook app. And it’s pretty heavy. Even with these problems it’s a nice accessory and makes using the IPad more like a laptop.

    The Magic Keyboard makes the iPad so much better. I don’t use my iPad for fancy stuff like to edit, but I do use it to type on Microsoft Word and search the internet. Makes it so much easier and faster. A little heavy, but I don’t mind the weight. So easy to remove the iPad from the keyboard. Really happy with this purchase.

    Adding the keyboard makes my ipad more laptop like, keyboard shortcuts take time to remember but other than being a little expensive a good purchase.
