Magical in that your ipad magnetizes to the keyboard cover and it instantly just works. Keys feel good for as thin as the cover is. A little heavy and awkward to use on your lap so I still primarily use the standard smart folio case, but if I am going to be typing anything more than a website URL Ill switch to the keyboard case

I'm absolutely thrilled with my Apple iPad Pro Magic Keyboard! The typing experience is phenomenal; the keys have the perfect 'click' sound, and the range of motion is incredibly smooth. Typing on it is not just functional, it's a genuinely satisfying experience. The floating hinge is a game-changer for angle adjustment. It's so easy to find the exact angle I need for any task – whether it's typing, drawing, or just watching a movie. It adds a level of versatility that enhances my iPad Pro's functionality. Surprisingly, the white color is not just elegant but also practical. It wipes clean easily, making it a breeze to maintain its pristine appearance. This combination of aesthetics and functionality is precisely what I expected from Apple's design, and the Magic Keyboard has exceeded my expectations. It's a must-have accessory for any iPad Pro owner!

Really enjoying the Magic Keyboard. It’s slightly smaller than I’m used to, but easy to use.

I was very surprised at how nice this one is. It is not heavy, but it feels substantial, as if your tablet is quite protected. It is comfortable to use, and it looks very nice.

I have tested multiple keyboards for the iPad Pro and iPad Air and still find myself going back to the Magic Keyboard or the Smart Keyboard Folio. Although they are pricey, I have waited for them to go on promotional sale pricing or deal buster/lightning deals to get one, which I recommend doing for most, if not all, Apple brand products because they are too pricey. I bought black magic keyboard prior to purchasing this one and it has lasted me 3 years of use; it is a great quality, but the downside is how quickly the trackpad deteriorated. If it weren't for the Magic Keyboard, I would have purchased the Logitech Combo Touch because like the Apple Magic Keyboard and the Smart Keyboard folio, its connection is directly to the iPad (unlike other keyboards that require a paired bluetooth connection).

I absolutely love this Magic Keyboard for my 13" Ipad Air. The keyboard is very responsive, as soon as I turn on my Ipad the keyboard is up and running. I wish I had purchased this keyboard at the same time I bought the Ipad Air. I did try 2 other brands with they stated it was made for the Ipad. But neither worked completely. There were glitches in both. They were returned. If you are looking for a substitute for a laptop, this is it. If you purchase an Ipad go ahead and get the Magic Keyboard that works with it. You will not be sorry. When you do not want to use the keyboard, you just unattached the keyboard and now you have a tablet. Best of both worlds.

The Magic Keyboard essentially transforms the iPad into a notebook. Not all functionality is available in the keys and some of the gestures are different, but overall, a nice addition. I do wish that it opened 360 degrees for use as a tablet, but there’s an easy workaround with a sleeve. Since it has a picture of an apple on it, most folks may think it is overpriced. Justify the cost by what it can do you you. Try one in a store; you’ll appreciate it.

This is an expensive accessory for an already expensive iPad Pro, but it really does bring the device that much closer to a laptop. Typing on an iPad is a little awkward at best and this compact case and keyboard fixes that issue. It's built to last and function seamlessly. No complaints from me.

keyboard it great. The only thing that i would have liked was giving the option to twist iPad screen around but you cant, we just add iPad on magnet and work on it as a laptop and it folds.. but still great.

I got this for my wife's birthday as a surprise for her. It was hard stomaching the cost of it, but I know that Apple makes good products. My wife has loved it so far. When you attach it to the iPad pro, it automatically syncs up with it, without having to go into any settings like Bluetooth. Like Apple says," it just works." She wishes that it had the function key row, but she's still okay with that. She feels that the keys type very similarly to Apple's laptop keyboards. For reference, she went from having a MacBook Pro to the iPad pro, for which this keyboard is made. An added bonus is the backlit functionality of the keyboard. In case you were wondering, the charge port on the side which is shown in the pictures (USB-C), also charges the iPad when it is connected, in addition to charging the keyboard. In reference to the sturdiness and quality of it, closing down the whole setup on a desktop or table is just like shutting the lid on a MacBook. You'd think by way of gravity that it would just fall shut after a certain angle is passed but it doesn't. Very impressive. If you don't mind the cost and truly appreciate apples, attention paid to detail and quality, I would highly recommend this keyboard setup for the iPad Pro!

This Magic Keyboard is the tool that makes the IPad the real deal.... Combined with the Apple Pencil, you cant go wrong. Makes the function and the abilities of the IPad Pro very professional. Apple gets an A+

Originally I was really skeptical because of how expensive this case is, but i dont regret it at all. A while back my charger port broke on my ipad pro and I could only occasionally get it to charge on certain angles/pressure. I looked into getting it fixed and was quoted over $650 for a whole unit replacement which seems ridiculous for just a broken port. I learned this had passthrough charging so for less than half the price, I got a great quality keyboard case and the full functionality of charging easily again. Highly recommended

I was even more hesitant to buy this keyboard than I was to buy the iPad Pro its self. I highly recommend spending the money if you have it. If you don’t i highly recommend saving your money to get it. To start off it feels like the keyboard unlocks features of the iPad you didn’t know exist. They keyboard is MacBook quality in my opinion which alone would make it worth it. The keys are also backlit, this makes low light usage a non existent problem. On top of that the track pad is smooth, its a bit small but definitely serviceable, it supports gestures available to the MacBook series which provides a far superior level of control for the iPad. We haven’t even gotten to the part that makes the keyboard magic, the magnetic stand. As simple as it might sound, its been a blessing to me. The iPad levitates above keyboard and has a few points of adjustment. It’s really handy if you’re just laying in bed and want to watch some YouTube before knocking out. The only issue i have with the keyboard is the textured finish. It is very prone to picking up smudges and dust, the black finish accentuates this making it an annoying eye soar. Nothing an aftermarket skin can’t fix though.

My wife simply loves it, she hasn’t touched her computer ever since getting this case for her iPad, the case itself while thin keeps the screen protected and keeps the device held in place, I barely hear the keys being used at all with how fast she types, especially when she’s doing the whole tapping thing that women do when they have their nails done.

Compared to the Logitech keyboard case. I liked the design of apple’s better but the price tag is absurd. But it’s suppose to be future proof with compatibility with next gen models.

Overall I like the functionality and it is a solid unit and would purchase again. However, it does make it heavy to carry around and it is pricey.

Excellent laptop. The performance is fast and smooth, the screen looks great, and setup was very easy. It handles everyday tasks effortlessly and feels well built. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it
