Great Keyboard!

It connects magnetically and you can charge the iPad from the Kenya’s well as from the iPad. It does have limitations, tho. You have to go into the iPad’s settings to customize the keyboard. There is no security for the pencil, so you have to be careful not to knock it off when it’s charging. When traveling with the iPad, I take it off this keyboard and put it in another case that keeps it and the pencil protected. I use this keyboard at home when doing emails and watching videos.

Just get it!

It really is part of the iPad, snapping right on and is immediately up & running - plug in your power cable to the keypad port, it charges the iPad, in low light the key board has backlights which light up the keys perfectly. Soft silky feel and scissors movement keys give you a totally confident sensation. The keypad does not have a battery, it is powered by the iPad.

Great product, very expensive

I give it one less star for the price. I am not sure why it has to be so expensive. Thankfully, it works for a couple generations, so if I buy a new iPad, it should work.

A little pricey, but worth it

I personally love it. I wouldn’t trust my kid (age 6) use it though because the ipad is only magnetically attached to the keyboard. The keyboard doesn’t fold all the way back and some apps only open vertical, which is the only real downfall. Otherwise, I say get it! It’s useful and easily interchangable if you have other cases.
