I like the way my iPad Pro connects to the keyboard panel. The magnetic connection is convenient and provides the option to easily disconnect the tablet from the keyboard. The most effective way to use it is on a flat service like a table or desk. Sometimes I may use it on my lap but the table is much better.

I wishes this keyboard would flip 180 degrees. Other than that it seems to be ok.

It’s good but I was looking for a laptop replacement, which it isn’t. If you want to use it as a tablet then it’s really good

Very fast, didn’t like the lack of ability to acess file across the different platforms

After one year of having the keyboard I am not crazy about it. The color white is no longer a huge concern as it was when I first got it. The navigation and accuracy is off on the keyboard

It makes the iPad even heavier. I had it on top of my other iPad using the black keyboard and it stained it in some areas. Have to be extra careful but it does look cool

Its ok if you dont need do not buy! I use it more as a case but it comes in handy if you will use it to send emails or txt mwssages.

Apple is one of the best products I have a bright to clearity is beautiful. The response time is very quick I love Apple I will be buying all their products, phone watch, etc.. also, I like the fact that the product can be financed for 18 months with my best buy card Thanks a lot.

Keyboard (the white model) is pretty nice except that in the evening the keys are almost impossible to read, even with the backlighting which is as bright as possible

Magic Keyboard was bought for nephew. Was advised by your sales clerk that the Magic Keyboard was for Mac book only and sold me a Smart Keyboard. Had to make second trip to store and proved it would work. Salesman needs more training. Magic Keyboard works like a champ.

Great product but if you get a mark on it and clean it the suggested way it may turn orange. Apple is sending a replacement for the discoloration.

Missing spot for pencil. Off brand has a spot very nice to have if traveling etc.

I have the generarion before this one and i have to say its way better. The fact that it has to be charge separately it is an inconvenience.

I love the keyboard itself, but am only getting 8 hours of power with my I pad 12.9" pro. My keyboard was open box so maybe that is the problem or I have a defective Ipad. I shut off wifi and cellular to see if that made a difference. After 12 hours of having it closed and not using the the Ipad it was dead. I am trying the IPAD with no keyboard and see if it is the keyboard or IPad? -- I'll let you know.

I love this keyboard—-almost effortless touch keys! Love the feel of the keys. The backlighting is excellent when working late. The magnetic attachment securely holds my iPad in place when closed or open in tilt position. Highly recommend.

It’s does as it should and is actually pretty nifty.

1. the keyboard doesn’t have a function row to adjust volume, next track, etc. 2. No where to secure the Apple Pencil

Clumsy to use. Returned because it felt like it would not protect the iPad from bumps and drops. Keyboard was ok to use. But I did not really need it.

The white magic keyboard looks nice, but I did not have a good experience. I purchased it because how clean and refreshing it looked compared to the traditional black keyboards I’ve had in the past. Unfortunately, the backlighting is what ruined it for me. I was able to see the dark font on the white keys fine when I had adequate lighting as well as being able to see it in a very dark room. When there was medium to low lighting, the keyboard lightning was somewhat dim and it made it difficult to see the illuminated keys. There was also no way of adjusting the brightness in General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard when the ambient sensor felt as though there was plenty of light in the room. In most cases it was not accurate at all. Especially when in the later evening when the sun is setting or early morning. I also noticed that all of my keys were not the same brightness. The top number row, keys along the bottom, and outermost left and right side worked fine. Keys that were closer to the middle of the keyboard weren’t as bright. Not sure if this is normal or the keyboard I purchased was defective. I ended up returning it and I’m having a much better experience with the black version from last year’s model.

This keyboard is so perfect to use in every sense of the word. It connects to quikly and the battery of my ipad powers it. That doesnt seem to affect my battery life at all though. Overall i would definitely recommend this item!
