Keeping the touchscreen in addition to the having the extra perks coming from the touch pad creates perfection. I use my iPad as home care nurse. It is common for the charting to to have tight spaces for choices so finger pad choosing isn’t accurate enough. The backlighting is also a big experience changer. I have had most Apple products and this is one of my favorites.

However since i have it now i found the track pad to be excellent for doing many other things i used to do with the pencil the keyboard shortcuts also save a lot of time while editing photos.
