It provides no protection for iPad when not attached. Thus when using the iPad as a tablet, you have not protection against accidental bangs, knocks, or drops.

Very sturdy and efficient

Nothing Magical

There is NOTHING magic about it. I brought it back and got the Logitech combo touch instead, now that is MAGIC. Sorry Apple, Not sorry

Open Box, Excellent...keyboard covered in schmutz

My bad? Should have known better? I would not consider an open box item again. As for the apple Magic Keyboard? flipping gorgeous. Heavy, sure, but an elegant, well designed piece of technology. Just...buy a new one.

Took it back and got replacement. Got home and tried again. SAME THING!! highly disappointed. Took it back for full refund. As expensive at these are, for them not to work is disappointing.
