    I love the fact you can charge the iPad Pro while charging the keyboard. The keyboard has the best response time and is thinner than my keyboard for my 10.5 inch iPad Pro.

    I DID A TRADE WITH A OLDER IPAD KEYBOARD I HAD AND THOUGHT I COULD USE IT WITH THE NEW IPAD I PURCHASED. WHEN I WENT TO YOUR STORE I PRESENTED IT TO YOUR EMPLOYEE AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD THE WRONG ONE LISTED FOR A TRADE. I SAID THEY ACCEPTED IT ON THE INTERNET WHEN I LISTED IT AND HE SAID HE COULDN’T ACCEPT IT. I’M 83 YEARS OLD AND I FELT THAT HE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING. FOR THE VALUE OF THE TRADE ($!0.00) IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE. THIS WHOLE PROCESS TOOK OVER 30 MINOTES BECAUSE HE COULN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CLEAR THE REGISTER AND RING UP THE PURCHASE WITHOUT A TRADE. AFTER TRYING WITH TWO OTHER EMPLOYEE’S HE FINALLY GOT IT DONE WITH A MANAGER. I THINK MAYBE YOU OUGHT GIVE HIM SOME TRAINING ON ATTITUDE.

    The keyboard itself is great, everything you expected from a laptop keyboard. But the new hinge design with right angle makes it less stable on not flat surface, such as on bed or lap. It tipped over from my lap, and the corner got dented.
