Been having trouble with the keyboard have changed it for 2 times charger will stop working and also the keyboard.

Love how the keyboard works with the iPad Pro! I would highly recommend this item.

Excellent to use on your iPad comfort easy to use and install

I was hesitant about getting this particular keyboard mostly due to the price, but I’m so happy with my purchase. The connection between this keyboard and my iPad is seamless, no Bluetooth or anything required. You place your iPad on this keyboard and it just works, like Magic!!

High utility, sturdy and very compact. It’s a bit on the higher side of weight but that reflects a well built product. All for it !!

Had thought of getting a cheap Amazon keyboard.So glad I got this instead.It truly makes it like a laptop instead of an iPad/keyboard combo.Very comfortable,great adjustments and I like the action of keyboard.

As my first open box purchase I was crossing my fingers. I was pleasantly surprised on the prestine condition. I had purchased this on my way to an event when my knock off keyboard stopped working. I purchased online and was able to get this at the closet Best Buy. The process and product were amazing. Thanks Best Buy for saving me!!

I’ve tried to get away with getting different brands for my wife. I should have never bought her one in the first place. This keyboard cost more but you will not regret it. This is the only keyboard she likes for her I-Pad, 3 I-Pads later I will still try a cheaper version and I end up sending back to just go buy the Magic Keyboard. Save yourself time and money just get it.

Magic Keyboard continues its tradition of making quality products. The new function keys that line the top are a welcome addition. The new metal finish gives the keyboard a feeling of higher quality. Backlit keys and a fantastic track pad add to the quality. One of the best aspects (in my opinion) is the fact that the keyboard gets power from the iPad Pro. Pricing has always been its weak spot as it adds to the thousands you may have already spent on the new iPad Pro. Overall a worthy addition to the iPad Pro setup (if you can afford it).

Very sleek and smooth. This keyboard cradles my iPad so well and I love the design.

This new generation of Magic Keyboard is fantastic. The gap between iPad and MacBook Air has been reduced significantly! The aluminum of the keyboard keeps things cool under the wrists and the larger trackpad is a huge plus. The design seems to also reduce how messy it looks between the keys, the prior generation definitely would show the smallest of dust bunnies that get trapped between the keys. Still pricey, but the changes get things closer to the price.

Love my iPad and recommend getting key board with it. The power of a laptop with the ease of an iPad. I use it almost everyday. I love that I can use finger touch point or with new keyboard the touch pad.

The color is very cool. It falls to the back of you open it too much while in your legs, but overall just meets the needs.

The new Magic Keyboard is such an upgrade. The keys and trackpad are so much smoother. There’s also not as much rubber soft padding. It’s more of a hard case.

This rating is for the Magic Keyboard, Apple as well as Bestbuy. The product is great until it works. It’s a great keyboard for the iPad and I got it at a great price from Bestbuy. Many of these have had reliability and quality issues with keyboard not working or delayed typing or track pad not working. Tried to reach out for support to Bestbuy as I got it from here but was asked to check with Apple as the keyboard was still under warranty. Fair deal. Chatter with Apple and was told that this might require a replacement. Upon asking if the replacement part will be new, was informed that it sort of will be but it’s not for retail sale. Again fair deal. Given two options to either replace via mail get charged for the amount wait for 10-15 days until the defective keyboard is inspected and held amount credited back. Other option was to go to the Apple Store and get it done in person. Decided to get an appointment and went to the Apple Store. Sat for 20 mins for someone to come and once again check me in even though I was checked in. Another one comes to finally help after another wait for 15 mins. Basically does nothing, gives a snarky smile and tells me they don’t have “the parts” to replace the keyboard. I mean there were several brand new keyboards around being sold in store so that’s what bothered me. Tells me that he will “order” the part as they don’t have one in store and it will take 10-15 days to come and then another trip for me to pick it up. When I told him that the mail in option was actually faster, once again gives a snarky laugh to ask if I’d like to use mail service instead as that would prevent another trip to the Apple Store. Walked away wasting 2 hrs of my life. Just the worst customer service from Apple. Luckily a Bestbuy store was around the corner. I checked my purchase date and still had time to return the keyboard. Walked in the store, told the person at checkout what happened and was promptly attended. The guy at Bestbuy was amazing. Told me no need to worry about it, we will deal with Apple. Exactly what I wanted to hear. A refund was process in no time. Amazing customer service Bestbuy. Keep up the great service. Thank you

Great iPad love the screen and how fast it is, also the employees and manager that sold it to me were very knowledgeable of the product at the Aventura store
