Bought an iPad M4 pro 13 inch from Apple store. Suddenly felt the need for a keyboard to get the laptop experience. Checked Best buy black Friday deals and found an open box keyboard folio for 230 only. Got excited and purchased immediately to pick up later in store. BIG mistake - didn't checked the item compatibility. Brought it home and checked it was a normal IPAD keyboard and not an iPad pro keyboaard folio. . Immediately tried to navigate through best buy complicated return options, finally decided to go in person and tell them the issue. This time took my iPad to ensure it fits with the keyboard folio. They person at the counter thought I was scamming them by returning some other product. I patiently waited for them to check the security footage to check that it was actually them who gave me the wrong product. They checked and confirmed. Finally I thought that now I will get my right keyboard folio. Suddenly the customer care person says - you have to pay extra for this. 30 bucks more for the product for which I paid for already. Extremely disappointed that where Best buy should have just exchange the wrong product for the right one.. but what I experienced was best buy forcing me to pay extra for trying to fix their mistake. Customer care is no help as well. Such a disappointing experience.. I wish I could actually review the product then raising a complaint here. But here we are.

Good device/ I like it and my kids too :) With wide screen!

It works very well, I enjoy the backlit keys and using it as an everyday device. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it comes from Apple so I guess they can’t cut costs.

Great keyboard but it is very heavy. Kind of detracts from the lighter weight of 13 inch pro. It is a solid “laptop like” keyboard, but keys do click loudly. Won’t be using this on an airplane. I think this is for home or office use on a desk only. Top heavy and can’t hold on your lap. I miss the old, very lightweight (no track pad, no backlighting) Apple keyboard that used to be sold with the 12.9 pro. It was great for travel. I am not sure I will keep it. If I wanted a laptop I would have bought one. This definitely feels like a laptop in terms of weight when the keyboard is attached. Expensive as well.

It works perrect with ipad pro. I ended up returning it. For the price, it wasn’t worth it to me. I have a macbook so if i need tk type something long, ill use that. I like the ipad for touchscreen and ususng it while on the couch or porch. This case can really only be used on flat surfaces (desk, table etc) it is designed perfectly tho. Maybe for someone without a MacBook this would be perfect

This keyboard works great . New 2024 iPad Pro sticks to back like it should . Open box was what it says it was .

It was good, up until a month ago, when the light in the keyboard started short circuiting and now only lights up 25% of the keyboard. Sometimes the mouse doesn’t even work. I got this in September and I’m still paying on it—this is wild that it’s already malfunctioning. I’m about to leave Apple altogether. The price of this thing should’ve lasted me years not 4ish months.

The Apple Keyboard for an Apple iPad 13 just works. Glad this version of the Keyboard has the Track Pad.

Great product. But if you are looking for something for school might not be the best option for Excel, Word, etc.
