This is an amazing must buy for the I pad especially for someone transitioning from the pc world, and using this for business. I highly recommend this!

Bought an iPad M4 pro 13 inch from Apple store. Suddenly felt the need for a keyboard to get the laptop experience. Checked Best buy black Friday deals and found an open box keyboard folio for 230 only. Got excited and purchased immediately to pick up later in store. BIG mistake - didn't checked the item compatibility. Brought it home and checked it was a normal IPAD keyboard and not an iPad pro keyboaard folio. . Immediately tried to navigate through best buy complicated return options, finally decided to go in person and tell them the issue. This time took my iPad to ensure it fits with the keyboard folio. They person at the counter thought I was scamming them by returning some other product. I patiently waited for them to check the security footage to check that it was actually them who gave me the wrong product. They checked and confirmed. Finally I thought that now I will get my right keyboard folio. Suddenly the customer care person says - you have to pay extra for this. 30 bucks more for the product for which I paid for already. Extremely disappointed that where Best buy should have just exchange the wrong product for the right one.. but what I experienced was best buy forcing me to pay extra for trying to fix their mistake. Customer care is no help as well. Such a disappointing experience.. I wish I could actually review the product then raising a complaint here. But here we are.

Great keyboard. It adds a little weight but not too much, Easy to use and strong magnet.

Love the tablet amd all nee features and the keyboard is very great quality, inlove them both and am very happy , i wish could buy another one

I love my new iPad. This is the first one that I’ve had in many years. I own a company and it helps me so much with on the go work. Best Buy was incredible at assisting me in purchasing it and very knowledgeable of the product.

I am loving my Magic Keyboard. My last one ended up with the “I” key that stuck. I couldn’t get it to release or loosen up. I got a great trade-in value on my old iPad Pro, so got a new keyboard to go with it. I love this combo a lot!

It’s a nice sturdy addition for the iPad but has a few minor irritations. It’s pretty heavy, especially when you add the weight of the iPad itself. Not very stable when used on you lap - a bit top heavy. This can be overcome by employing a near vertical orientation. The cost is a nearly double the non-Apple keypads but the quality is great. Overall, pretty satisfied.

It’s so over powered and looks amazing due to the slim design. Not sure I need to upgrade in the next 5 years.
