Great item from apple and easy to work with. Love it!!

Makes using a keyboard easy and saves space. Range is amazing

Purchased for my daughters IPad Pro and she loves it. It’s basically like she has a MacBook. About to add the pen and mouse.

This keyboard works beautifully and holds the charge much longer that the previous one.

Needed for an old school Mac mini.. Works perfect.

Great Apple keyboard, kind of small but it’s good for a petite woman’s hands.

A great improvement over the older Apple keyboard which required four AA batteries. The charging is easy to do and lasts a long time.

Purchasing a new keyboard helped solve my problem. The computer would not recognize the old keyboard. What really helped was the small instruction book with the new keyboard. It showed the on/off switch on the back of the keyboard. As there was NO manual come with the new computer when I purchased it, I had no idea there was an on/off switch on it, just plugged it in and went to work.

LOVE! The overall size is compact and doesn't take up a lot of extra room in my workspace yet precisely mimics the keyboard on the MacBook Pro so it is easy to go back and forth between the two. Love the "feel" of the keys. Set up could have been easier because there was not a USB-C port on my MacBook Pro (older version) ... but that's a laptop issue. Had to fully charge the keyboard with the USB-C adaptor provided with my iPhone 13 Pro - then place the keyboard in close proximity to the MacBook Pro and it recognized it.

It seems nice and good quality. Besides the lack of customer service, the item itself is really nice.

Works right out of the box and no need to really set anything up.

So smooth and light perfect for travel dont regret getting this :)

very good except for suddenly out without "battery low" warning , still using the classic apple "lightning" charging input instead of "Thunderbolt" usb-c. 1 point deduction. Comparing with my 2-3 logi tech mini MX keyboad with MBP, Logi tech mini MX can miss the first key stroke on the login password.

Magic keyboards are great and so easy to use, I would definitely recommend if you're using an external monitor.
