What the heck took Apple so long?! I love my Apple Magic Mice. For about two years I used the Mobee Magic Charger - it was hit-and-miss, and most of the time I'd forget that I hadn't charged the mouse (or that my computer was OFF rather than sleeping) and I'd be SOL or stuck using the trackpad on a mounted laptop... or trying to remember how to remove the darn battery from my mouse and then try to find some AA batteries... No more. One charge and so far... about three weeks have gone by with daily use (4-8hrs) without needing to recharge. It seems more sensitive than the previous versions, easily fixable my turning down your mouse speed.

This is the best mouse, ever. Touch sensitive, responsive, the charge lasts for weeks (even months)... I am so happy with it. Easy pairing. No complaints so far.

First of all the price was great. We have had this mouse in the past and being wireless is a huge plus. Maintains charge well. Very reactive touch for scrolling.

I use my laptop as a desktop computer so many times I prefer to use the wireless mouse instead of the mouse pad. This mouse is ergonomic and easy to use. I like the feel of it.

Works great , looks nice , only bad thing is you can't use it while it charges cause the plug goes in on the bottom of the mouse. Plus side is the charge lasts about two weeks

Purchased this mouse in spite of seeing quite a few negative reviews on various web sites. I don't have a single complaint! It is a bit on the small side which allows me to rest the heal of my hand just behind the mouse for good support without having to have a palm pad. It is very responsive for clicks, scrolling up, down or sideways. I keep forgetting to turn it off but after having it for nearly a month, it has not needed recharging. However, it is pricey for a mouse comparing with other mouse out there.

It pairs instantly, comes with 95% charge, feels more solid vs. MM1 and the operation is more smooth and precise. Yes, the lightning port for charging is in the bottom but I don't really see this as a negative, plug it in when you hang it up for the day and it's fully charged in the morning for 3-4 weeks. I have to charge my iPhone every day, I don't see charging the MM2 as a negative, in fact as a "road warrior" it's nice not to have to worry about batteries, which are expensive, and I can charge it with a standard USB-Lightning cable when I need to, what's the fuss about, couldn't be simpler or more convenient.

Never had an Apple mouse before and recently purchased a Mac Mini. Feels different from a PC mouse and had to relearn how to use a mouse. Love the overall look of it (Art Deco). Also love that the batteries last so long (gone almost a month now on just one charge) and when it does get low, it comes with a USB adapter to recharge it. Have had a few minor issues with it disconnect from Bluetooth (odd being how close it is to my Mac Mini box) and the price is way too steep for what you get.

Incredible Battery Life and Quick for Wireless!

As I'm sure many of you have read, Apple's biggest design flaw with the Magic Mouse seems to be that the charging port is on the bottom of the mouse, meaning that when you are charging the mouse, you cannot simultaneously use it. I thought that would be a big enough drawback for me to return the mouse, but after using it comfortably for several months, I greatly believe that the battery life and the responsiveness to movements and clicks with the Magic Mouse, albeit being a wireless mouse, greatly outweigh the charging issue! I make sure to have the mouse turned "off" when not in use, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I have had to charge it (other than the 1st day buying and using it)! I was skeptical about Apple's description that "A full charge takes about two hours and lasts two months. Two minutes of juice is enough for a full day as well", but I can happily say that I am now a believer. I have not had any issues regarding the mouse thus far and believe that they have corrected other issues that have been brought up by Magic Mouse gen.1 users. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend for other wireless mouse users who love pairing Apple products together too!

This is an amazing upgrade from a standard mouse. No connection issues, and came nearly fully charged. Smooth movement and response. Charging port on bottom isnt ideal, but everything about the mouse is perfect. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The new changes to the Magic Mouse are great updates. Having the built-in rechargeable battery pack is very nice. I'm glad they keep the same sleek design and multi-touch top. The only weird thing is when you charge the mouse you aren't able to use it since the port is on the bottom. Luckily a couple minutes of charging and your back in business and can work for several more hours.

I bought this for a new MacBook Pro. It costs more than most but was well worth it. Much easier and faster than the trackpad on the computer. Set up was very easy, battery life seems great. Really I can’t think of a con other than cost but considering I use it all the time its worth it.

this is my first macbook pro and my first apple mouse so ill try to be fair. For starters its easy to pair if you have the right cable for the computer. It comes with a USB-lightning cable and this laptop is all type c. Once i got the right cable it charged and paired and its wireless which is nice. One full charge lasts forever. Very responsive and easy to use. Apple should either stick to one cable or include adapters

The product is not bad, but at times appears sluggish, and occasionally the Bluetooth disconnects- easy to setup . The swipe features are great and can be good especially when multiple pages are open. However the mouse is only good with Mac operating system, and does not work well if you need to work with windows products. The design and battery life are fantastic, double tap to enlargen awesome.

I been using the first version of Magic Mouse for a couple of years. This new version includes a built-in battery that can be easily charged. I really like the multi-touch feature of Magic Mouse 2 becaus it saves a lot time when I need to scroll through pages of a word processing document. The additional finger gestures that can be programmed via the Mac Preference panel also makes easy to to advance or go back to previous screens when surfing the web. Also, it is very durable no does not easily break if you should drop it.
