    The Apple Mouse

If you have a apple product that you can use the Magic Mouse on , them this is the ultimate mouse for you . If this mouse could work on all computers it would be even better. If you had to say anything bad about this mouse it would be the price and the fact you can't charge it and still use it at the same time. Other than that this is the best mouse ever , in my opinion

    Best Portable mouse for macbook

I tried several other wireless mice before choosing the Apple. First the scrolling on the Magic Mouse works perfectly with OSX and other mice really don't do it justice. It pairs easily with your MacBook or other bluetooth laptop or PC and it doesn't need a dongle or other connection. It runs on a rechargeable battery and it comes with a charging cord. Highly recommend if you want a Bluetooth mouse for your MacBook.

This by far the best mouse that have owned. I only have to charge it once in a month maybe. The rest of the time I don’t have to worry about it not being charged.

Adds so much functionality over any other 3rd party mouse. Kind of a no brainer to get this if you are looking for a mouse for your Mac. I love Macs and will continue to use them, but let's be honest all Apple hardware is a bit overpriced. Not Best Buy's fault. They actually tend to have better deals on Apple stuff than Apple themselves.

Love the scroll feature of this mouse. The charge is great! I wish they made this type of mouse for regular computers so I could have one for my work computer.

I’ve used a Magic Mouse for years with my Mac Pro system and had always wanted one for my MacBook Pro. Replaced my MacBook Pro and decided to get a Magic Mouse for it. Love the newer Magic Mouse and might need to replace my old one with the newer model. Nice improvements and features. Having a mouse that doesn’t need batteries is a plus too.

This mouse is very easy to use and works perfectly. It came fully charged and have yet to charge it. I have had it for a month or so. It has a small switch on the bottom to turn it off and on. I always turn it off when I'm not using it with my MacBook Pro. The only downside is that I have large hands and it seems to slightly cramp my hand with prolonged use. That said, I'd buy it again because it works so well.

I like the rechargable battery and the gestures right on the mouse surface. Its great to scroll left right up and down on documents. Very smooth. It didn't work for me until i upgraded to the latest ios though. The edge of the mouse could be smoother for better comfort.

I am a college student and so I use my MacBook daily. I have been using a cheap mouse for a while and it finally broke so I decided to splurge on the Magic Mouse 2. I have no regrets with this purchase. It fits really well in my hand and is super smooth to glide on a mouse pad. It is a little pricey but worth it.

I upgraded from the old magic mouse, only because I thought that ditching the AA batteries and being able to charge via lightning cable would be more convenient. IT IS....somewhat. Apple decided to place the charging port on the bottom panel of the mouse......(face-palm motion) WHY???? Now I have to put my mouse upside down to charge? A more logical location for the port would be at the front of the mouse so that, when plugged in, it would look and function as a typical corded usb mouse. RANTING ON FURTHER....hardware and firmware decisions at Apple post Steve Jobs have been very disheartening for long-time Apple users. I guess I'm the fool for throwing money at the Apple shrine.

From an aesthetic design standpoint, it looks great. It works well with Apple computers due to the fact you can use the multitouch gestures. That alone makes the mouse worth using if you have a Mac. Otherwise, this mouse loses points on the ergonomic design because it's so flat and doesn't really cradle your palm very well. In addition, the lightning charging port is on the bottom of the device which is a poor design decision if you ask me. What if you need to charge it while in the middle of doing some work? You have to stop you workflow. I bought this mouse as a gift for someone. There's no way I'd use this mouse for myself. It's not comfortable and there are design flaws that make this mouse from being usable on a daily basis.

The mouse you’ve been waiting for

Apple has set the standard for what a wireless mouse should offer in terms of feel and functionality. The onboard rechargeable battery works for a long time, and even longer if one bothers to use the on-off switch on its underside (I don’t, and get many weeks of use before recharging). The battery level can be checked in settings, and charging is quick and easy using a Lightning cable. However, the mouse can not be used during charging, because the jack is on the underside of the mouse. The best feature of this mouse isn’t the smooth control of the cursor that Apple users have come to expect. The best feature is the touch-sensitive surface of the mouse, which works like a trackpad to scroll up and down as well as side to side when appropriate. It also supports right-click, so no more CTL-clicks are required. Other gestures and multi-clicks are supported. Go to settings and go nuts! You’ll get very comfortable with this mouse very quickly.

The Magic Mouse 2 does everything and more! It’s super smooth, super comfortable, and feels great in the hand. Page scrolling is unbelievably fast and the smart touch functions are a major convenience! Most Apple everything is overpriced, but I feel like the rechargeable battery in this makes up for the price point.

Love this mouse. It's sleek and elegant. Gets the job done! Offers a lot of configuration options through iOS. Easy on the wrist as well. Very long battery life and doesn't need recharging often. Have had it since November and haven't needed to charge it at all yet, and I use it every day! Battery life is at 17% now. Maybe a few more days left before I will have to charge for the first time.

I have two macs and use one more than the other. The lesser used mac's mouse died on me. I tried opening the back and could not because the AA batteries corroded. I finally pried the back off and tried to replace the batteries. Even with new batteries, it was a dead mouse. I ran out to my local Best Buy and saw the very cool looking Apple space grey wireless mouse. I didn't even read the packaging.. I just grabbed one and made my purchase. I got home and removed the mouse from it's packaging. (The completely space optimized packaging that we've become accustomed to from Apple) The mouse felt the same as my previous model. I turned it over and much to my surprise, there was no battery compartment. What I did notice was a small slot which looked to be the same size as the lightning connector. Sure enough, it fit right in. Have to say I love the convenience of recharging the mouse. Operationally it feels the same as the one it replaced which I was also very pleased with.
