I like this new version that is rechargeable, very easy to pair

This mouse has greater capabilities with great instruction inside system preferences of the Mac. The only challenge was first connecting the Mac laptop and the mouse as the cable provided with the mouse was a usb to lightning connection. This cable recharges the mouse but to make the first time connection, you need a usb- c to a lightning cable in pairing the mouse with a MacBook Air.

I used the original Magic Mouse for 7 years before I began having issues with it dropping the bluetooth connection. Apple products are top notch and the Magic Mouse 2 is no exception. Tracking is crisp, touch and swipe gestures are precise. The built in lithium battery means no more batteries in the landfill too! I have not turned it off in the 30 days I've had it and still have 57% battery left.

It is one of the most comfortable and responsive mouses that I have ever used and I would recommend it to anyone.

Which I Like Alot Also When you flip the Magic Mouse over you'll see two 3-inch, black, hard plastic strips that run along the sides of the battery door. They help the mouse glide over most surfaces with relative ease—no mouse pad required Overall it's a great mouse.

It works as it's supposed to. Just the charging port is on the bottom so you can't use it while it's charging.
