I am pleased about deciding to buy the mouse designed for this laptop. It took a few days to become comfortable with it resulting in great satisfaction when it did. I would not purchase a Mac without this mouse even at the higher price.

Cannot be used while charging

It is seriously the coolest mouse--I had to slowly get used to all the functions (swiping through pages, zooming, controlled speed, right clicking & more) at first, because the mouse was just too cool for me. Maybe not something everyone needs, but if you want to treat yourself, get this because it makes everything more convenient.
