This doesn't bother me very much but might be a bigger issue for others. You can do some customizing for the buttons. It might not be enough for heavy Excel spreadsheet work.

Buying from Best Buy was the same price as buying it directly from Apple, and we were able to pick up the custom order at the store. We did not want a valuable item shipped to our doorstep at risk of damage or theft.
