These work well and last, but if you forget to charge it when you aren't using it, you'll be stuck without a mouse while it charges. THE CHARGE PORT IS ON THE BOTTOM RENDERING IT USELESS WHILE CHARGING. Oh yeah, it's also overpriced. You knew that part though, right?

There is nothing special about this mouse. It is a hand cramper and doesn’t auto connect to my Brand new MacBook Pro.
I exchanged it for a 100% Bluetooth Logitech Mouse which is perfect!!
It auto Connects too.
Here are my final thoughts.
Apples Computers, iPhones & iPad/iPods are good products, but Apples Accessories are well made useless Accessories if that makes sense. Buy a Logitech mouse if you need one and save $50+ Bucks.

Better than original Apple mouse

The new version of Apple mouse is better all around then the original.
No batteries to replace. Much more accurate pointer movement. The old one had a tendency to move the page when moving just the mouse pointer.
Overall what the original mouse should have been.

I've been using the Magic Mouse since they were released and I using any other mouse just isn't the same. It is smooth and pairs easily as well as having touch gestures built right into the top surface. As usual you pay a premium for Apple but well worth the few extra bucks.

Perfect for using with Mac OS, gestures are smooth and work like a charm. For CAD and other design and BIM software use MagicPrefs to active the pan function ("wheel" click) for dragging and panning. The charging port is a bit awkwardly placed, but I usually charge the mouse overnight so it is out of the way.

As with most apple products, you pay a lot for aesthetics. The mouse in itself it's not bad, on the contrary it's very stylish and has great customizable features. But it definitely lacks ergonomy, it becomes tiresome after sometime

This compliments the macbook nicely! Though i quickly realized it has low DPI, not good for gaming. Its also lacking a scrolling wheel which is used to click and adjust the camera view on certain games. (You can still scroll up and down on a browser). I ended up buying a gaming mouse but still kept this one for everyday use.

Have only had the Magic Mouse for a short time, but seriously considering the Magic Trackpad. It's a nice mouse, but because it is so flat, it makes it difficult to use. As someone that's a bit on in years, it's not very comfortable on your hand. I can only use it for a limited time before I have to switch to the trackpad on my laptop because my hand starts to cramp.

I've been using this mouse for the last month and so far it has been flawless even after dropping on the floor a couple of time. I like that it has no wheel to move upon or down, just drag you finger or fingers up, down or sideways.
Great product.

No set up required. works right out of the box and is partially charged. No batteries to worry about, you just have to remember to plug it in to your lightning cable when you are done for the day so it's charged and ready to go the next day.

Now no one would understand until you actually use this, it’s a great product that enhances your apple experience. Takes it to another level. Paired with my MacBook I’m able to maneuver easily and have some cool tricks it could do as well!

Bought this for my wife because she wanted a mouse for her MacBook Pro and it’s a nice feeling mouse with great response. It’s a little big for her and took a day to get used to as the hand gestures were different but after the small learning curve she loves it

Bought this mouse to go with my first Apple computer. I liked how easy it was to sync and charge to the computer. At first it seemed strange to me how there were no 'buttons' on top. And that just 'one click', was all you need. Now it seems like I've always known how it works. Good job.
