This is a good mouse but the plug to charge it is on the bottom. This prevents you from using it when charging. The previous generation used batteries.

I like the recharging ability of the new version of the Apple mouse. No need to be continually changing batteries. Easy to setup and use. As usual, the Apple products are expensive.

Very smooth. Easy to use. I bought this with to go with my Mac laptop. Much easier to surf the net using this mouse instead of the keyboard. Kind of expensive, but it works well.

Very good. I don't like the track pad on my air laptop. But this is typical of Apple - this mouse was $80! the grey one was $20 more just because it was a different color!

I decided to get this mouse for my new Mac Book and it's so easy to use. I haven't had any problems with having to charge the mouse and as soon as I turn the mouse on the Mac recognizes it. It's always nice to have a mouse handy when on the go.

I bought this for my son and I'm jealous. I own the original Magic Mouse, which ran on 2 batteries. At that time, I purchased Apple's quick charger and extra rechargeable batteries. While my setup works, this new mouse charges via a lightning cable. How cool is that. Had I known how cool it was, I might have given my son my old mouse and kept this one ;-)
