Did require a cable but it was the charging cable from my phone to setup.

Great mouse, awesome battery life.

Battery last long, and mouse allows lots of OSX swiping features. Only downside is that the charging port is on the bottom of the device preventing a user from using it while charging. But since the battery last so long it's not really much of an issue, since you hardly have to charge it.

I have the older version at work and it’s a pain to run out of battery power. With this, you plug it in every Friday and you never have to worry about it.

It glides across the desk and the surface is very responsive. It charges quickly and lasts over a month. I have used many different mice and this by far is my favorite.

But after I bought the magic mouse it works seamlessly absolutely love it!! Really smooth & easy to use. Set up was a snap.

Smart mouse

No wires, no USB occupying plug, little energy use, I love this mouse, steep on the price though, but worh every penny!
