This mouse doesn't reflect Apple's usual attention to detail. It's way, way too heavy. If you're using it on a lapboard, it slides down constantly. When you pick it up to move the cursor, you really notice the effort- again, it's heavy. It has sharp edges and it's cold to the touch at all times because of the metal, which makes for an unwelcoming experience. A mouse should feel like an extension of one's hand, and this feels like some kind of cold, sharp rock. All in all, Apple has some work to do, and for the price, I expected much better.

The look and weight of this mouse is good but you can't use it on a regular mouse pad. I purchased a water proof not matted pad as recommended by the Best Buy customer service and it worked better but not much. Prefer a regular mouse and regular mouse pad. If you have a Mac, I recommend getting use to not using the mouse at all. Unfortunately, I didn't open my package until 10 days later and when I finally used it, it was too late to return it or exchange it so now I'm stuck with something I cannot use and was a waste of $$$

I bought this to go with my mothers computer. I got her for a gift . She likes it but she said she would have rather have a normal mouse because it hard to use and remember how to do things.

When I purchased a new MacBook, I ended up buying a new mouse. I ended up returning it because I didn't seem to have a need to for it. I gave it a middle of the road rating of 3 because it isn't a bad device, but bad for me.

I love the blue tooth feature. The mouse itself ergonomically does not work well. It is to flat and does not move well on my desk. If the mouse itself was bigger or more ergonomically designed it would be more user friendly.

I bought 2 of these, one for each of us. My Girlfriend loves hers I returned mine. I guess if you’re a mouse lover it would be the one to buy. I am a track pad person so it was cumbersome to me.

Nice mouse and works great like any apple product. Problem is it scratches easy when wearing a ring due to the shiny coat over the mouse and more noticeable with the darker color.

The mouse works seamlessly with my Apple laptop. The weight (from the battery) took some getting used to. Six months in I have notice that the click isn’t smooth. Still functions fine though.

I find the mouse is not very intuitive and need to be on an exact spot, which is not marked, in order to actually click on what I want. Regret buying it

I mean, it pairs well with our MacBook Pro, but the ergonomics of this mouse are TERRIBLE for any hands larger than my wife's; Her hands are tiny.

This mouse works well in theory. I like the swipe options it offers, but it kept losing sync with my iMac and the clicking on the button is very loud.

It takes getting use to the movement to accurately point to text. It’s also pricey considering its less than friendly usability.

Works fine as a pointer or for scrolling, but zooming feature is too touchy and does not always work when trying to shrink window back to normal.

I’m not sure if it’s me but I find the mouse to be a bit slow and I’m not sure if there’s setting to change the speed or not.

Having difficulty getting it to function for my expectations - speed of arrow movement, etc. seems to scroll backwards from mouse I have used for years on windows computer

Not as reaponsive as I would like. Even when i adjust the settings it just doesn't feel as smoothbas others. Love the finger swipe functionality.

Honestly just bought this because it is the apple mouse and I have an apple computer, but I dont know how much I actually love it. It seems I am always lifting it up and down and getting lost with the arrow.

My Magic Mouse 2 worked for 2 weeks and stopped communicating with my computer. It was outside of the Best Buy return policy, so, I wasted almost 80 bucks for this thing just to be able to look at it now

I am just switching back over to the Apple world and was looking to switch out my bulky laptop for an IPad (which I did). But when purchasing the IPad Pro and Folio Keyboard I also got the Magic Mouse 2. It would of been helpful if the associate helping me out would have informed me that you cannot use a trackpad or mouse with any IPad. I would have gone with a laptop instead. Now the sale is over and I missed out on a deal on a MacBook AND I have to drive an hour to return $100 mouse that isn’t compatible with the rest of my purchase.

I am not a fan. Overall the mouse looks and works great! It may be my love for the track pad that is affecting my opinion but the mouse doesn't quite compare.
