The mouse is uncomfortable. I had to return it to the store.

Some open box items are ok. this was not. I usually buy open box products and figured I couldn't go wrong getting a magic mouse. When I got it home the device would sync but the pointer would not move. Tested it on another system to be sure. Promptly returned it.

I returned an earlier Magic Mouse because it came with no cable to charge it. This one came with a cable but I can't use it because my laptop has no port that is large enough so the end of the cable fits into it.

I was misled by sales associate in Henrietta NY. They told me this would work on my iPad. I am an hour from nearest Bestbuy if there not sure don’t make assumptions when I have to go through $20 of fuel to do business with you

The mouse breaks easily. There are no repair options.

This product did not work. Would not even charge and i tried every outlet in my home and tried using multiple charging ports and wires. So this purchase was terrible to say the least. I returned this product week later

Best Buy sold this with a package discount with the wireless keypad for the IPad Pro, but it turns out this mouse doesn’t work wirelessly with the iPad Pro. Why did you combine these products that don’t work together?

My last mouse that was not wireless, never gave me a hard time....this one, however, I lose the pointer all the time and have to search at the top of the screen to get it back....very frustrating. I don't like it at all!

This was a nice upgrade to the original magic mouse. The new battery charges fast and last a very long time. The mouse functions perfectly and you can definitely feel the subtle changes apple has made to the sensitivity of the touch surface on the mouse. This is top tier mouse and you can feel the quality in the elements used to make it in the manufacturing process.

As crazy as this sounds: this Magic Mouse is not sold with the correct cord to charge or set up on the newest MacBook Air. WOW Apple. What a disappointment. I returned it. I’m not spending on a new cord. Ridiculous

If you have sweaty plans not for you. The scroll up won’t work. The edges are hard and it’s like holding a knife. This is garbage.

I bought this for a gift for a mac laptop user. Her mac does not have a standard usb port so how is this mouse usable for her?

As soon as I upgraded my mini, this mouse no longer worked. I returned it. Perhaps things have changed since then... just make sure you keep your old mouse around until OS updates.

It is not ergonomically designed—its flat and heard to navigate— so I simply cannot use it.

the mouse was in bad condition, I was not satisfied with the open box option (excellent condition) I consider it is not like that. I returned the product for money back

I bought this as an open box item, but it had been a very used one. It had scratches under and on top. And battery did not charge full 100%. Advice: pay a little more and get a new one.

Barely works. Very over priced. Slow to connect and it's leggy in use. I find myself using the touch pad every time

I returned the Magic Mouse because I didn’t find it so magical. It has the oddest placement for the charging cable, rendering the mouse completely useless while charging.

You’ve gotta be an Apple fan to like this mouse. Very uncomfortable for me to use, the clicks were not really distinguishable if I was left or right clicking. Call me an Apple hater, idk
