I use my mouse for pretty much everything. I purchased it mostly for using with video editing in Final Cut Pro 10.3. This mouse allows the work flow to be so much easier when dragging and dropping files in FCPX. I also love the way it works with Safari and other Apple programs. One finger seems to do it. Highly recommend this item to any Mac user.

I have a gen 1, didn’t replace it after being stolen. Now I needed a mobile mouse, and looking at all the options, decided the gen 2 Magic Mouse would be the best bet. Having it rechargeable in the Apple ecosystem... it just plain works and is easily pocketable - perfect for the road warrior office. Gestures, no mechanicals - it’s perfect, but not a replacement for my vertical mouse at home and in the office.

Love this mouse. Clicks so easily! Was a little difficult to set up for some reason it wasn't connecting to my comp. but eventually it did!

I bought a cheaper mouse when I first got my Mac...what a mistake. It stopped working after a couple of months. I decided to purchase the Apple Magic Mouse. It is the best. The charge lasts so long, and I use my laptop about 12 hours a day, at least. I would suggest if you have a Macbook Pro, you should purchase this mouse.

Works well..smooth on the surface works for what I need

I love the track pad on the MacBook. However, if you are a heavy laptop user and website consumer, having the external mouse to use is for sure necessary. It has the magic options so you just use gestures on the top of the mouse. It is sleek, on fleek. Must own for sure if you are a Mac Geek.

I bought it because I bought a new MacBook. It was easy to set up. It doesn't slide almond my table as smoothly as I would like but it might be because of the table. I'm glad I bought it. I love that it doesn't need batteries.

I have this huge Apple monitor and I hook up my 13" MacBook Pro to see things in big size. This mouse is easier for me than the touch pad.

This mouse was ready to use out of the box. When the "battery" died, I looked for access to change it, and discovered, no batteries needed! You plug the mouse into your computer or other charging device and it is up and running in about 15 minutes. The charge will last several hours. If you plug it in overnight, it will last about 3 months.

I love this mouse. I know a lot of other graphic designers hate this mouse for design work, but I actually prefer this mouse for design work to be able to pan around in Photoshop or Illustrator seamlessly. The built in battery is a plus as well because before I had to recharge AA batteries once every two or three weeks which got old.

The mouse works great and the features are very helpful - I use it with my Macbook Air and is much more convenient than the trackpad

Purchased this as a gift for my wife. She loves it! I used it for a bit (as a Window's fan), and couldn't believe how good this feels in the hand. Not for gaming, but for everything else, wonderful. Expensive, as any Apple product, but it pays off here.

Cost a lot for a mouse but works great with my MacBook Pro.

Great look and Pairs easily with a MacBook. 2 slight negatives, 1) they need to be charged and the charge is on the bottom so it can’t be used while charging; 2) no way to tell how much battery life is left other than checking in the control panel. As a plus, it holds its charge for 2-3 months.
