Battery life has been decent so far. Love the black color. I bought it to match my Space Black MacBook Pro. The only thing that I question is the way it has be charged. I am not particularly fond of it being on the bottom. Overall, the performance has been fine.

Works great with Mac book pro easy to pair with any apple devices

This is a great wireless mouse for an iMac or Macbook. I use it with a Macbook Air connected to a monitor. My only complaint about this mouse is that the charging port is on the bottom. It would be nice if the charging port were on the side, I could charge it while using it or not have to lay it on the top while charging.

Nice battery life, compact design, flawless, very lightweight

Ok so some people don’t like this mouse because it’s not ergonomic. I like it because of all the amazing things you can do with it. Yes there are other mice out there that do the same. The Magic Mouse works exactly as expected. It’s extremely responsive, tracks smoothly, and pairs instantly with Apple devices. Gestures are intuitive and make navigating macOS fast and seamless. Battery life is solid, and the mouse feels premium with a clean, minimalist design. It’s lightweight, comfortable for everyday use, and great for productivity. This is the best wireless mouse I’ve used. Very lightweight and responsive. Great that it uses multi-finger gestures just as the MacBook trackpad and Magic Trackpad do. The main objection I hear about this device, that it can’t be used while it’s plugged in to charge, really isn’t much of an issue. The battery lasts a long time (weeks) on a charge and plugging it in for only a few minutes provides hours of additional use. This mouse must be charged only infrequently.

Easy to use, quality is good and the battery life is massive on it. I’ve had it a month and still haven’t had to charge it.

This mouse is great for simply use. I don’t like the fact that while charging it, it’s unusable. Move the charging port to a different location and I would love it more. Otherwise, the battery life is great and it always connects automatically.

I’ve had a Magic Mouse in the past, however I’m glad they have made them rechargeable. No batteries and the charge lasts forever. Setup and connecting was super easy.

I had the previous mouse from before but never had the black one. Complements with my new macbook air gray. Battery life is better than previous model. Only the downside is the charging port. Still at the bottom of the mouse but most likely, you barely charge the mouse anwyay.

As you would expect from Apple, this feels good in the hand and the weight of the mouse feels right. Does not feel cheap and plastic like many others on the market. Nice that you don't need batteries — just plug into to the lightning connector to charge. And the charge holds for quite some time. I bought it one month and one day ago and am currently at 66% charged on the mouse. I've always had a silver or white mouse (Apple) so the black is a nice change.

The device performs reliably and meets core functional expectations. However, the user interaction could be significantly improved by incorporating a touch-based click mechanism similar to that used in the Apple MacBook trackpad.

Great mouse with great battery life that fits in my tech pouch nicely for on the go photo editing on my MacBook M1. The only flaw is the charging port is on the bottom, so you cannot the device while charging!!

Apple quality doesn’t disappoint. Top surface acts as a trackpad for swiping. Feels heavy/durable. Long battery life, easy to connect. Spite a physical left and right split for left and right buttons, macOS can be configured to act as if is does have a left and right click. I wish you could reverse the scroll without reversing the trackpad scroll. That’s a macOS issue more than it is a Magic Mouse issue.
