I really like this mouse and it's great in every aspect EXCEPT for charging. It makes no sense that the charging port is on the bottom. With older mice with replaceable batteries, if it died you can just replace the batteries and be up and running again. With this you have to charge it for some time, and you can't use it while charging. So I have to pull the Macbook off it's dock and use the built-in trackpad while waiting, which defeats the purpose of having the dock, monitor, keyboard, mouse setup. Putting the plug on the leading edge so you could use it like a wired mouse while charging would have made much more sense. Or making it wireless charging with a special Qi mouse pad would be more ideal. Like all Apple products, it's expensive.

The new Magic Mouse is a great mouse and works well with Macs. The only thing I don’t like about it is the lightning charger is on the bottom which means you cannot charge it and use it at the same time like the Logitech MX Master 3.

Bought this as an alternative to my Logitech pebble and so far its working like a charm. Pairing by bluetooth or the very nice lightning cable makes setup a breeze. Would highly reccomend if your wanting to have a simple to use mouse for Mac

Not sure why people are such fans, in my opinion it is was very uncomfortable when I used it for a period of time even gave it another shot and then tried again. I cannot imagine when you need to sit there for hours. You will be getting up from your seat and your hand , will be as Chandler called it " Misshapen Clawed Right Hand " like in the episode with the late Wedding Present, as he sat all day trying to change all the high scores on Miss Pac Man with Dirty Initials LOL

Ergonomically not the best but is the best for a mac in all ways
