Worst ergonomics in existence
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One star for aesthetic and the touchpad-like interface. Never thought I’d be one to complain about this but the ergonomics are quite literally the worst. My hand cramps within 1 hour of use and after 4 I would have to walk away. My hand was sore for days after several days of consecutive use. Thank goodness for Best Buy’s excellent customer service; I returned this and to no one’s surprise the cs rep also noted that this is a very common complaint with this mouse. For a company doing everything else so well this mouse is shockingly bad. If you actually need to use your mouse for work and not just for the occasional click, steer VERY clear.

Nothing "Magic" about it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I get that Apple was going for a different philosophy for mousing when they made this. But, the biggest problem is the ergonomics and the scaling. No matter how much I used this mouse, I could never get used to how this mouse scales. It's either way to slow when I'm moving slow or way to fast if I speed up. I spent hours trying to configure the perfect speed and scaling settings. Additionally, after using my computer for more than an hour my hand and body felt so uncomfortable. And yes, I tried to use it the "Apple Way," not like other traditional mice. That does make a difference as you shouldn't be palm resting on this mouse. So if you want this mice for audio or video editing, I suppose it's great. But if you just your Mac as a computer for home and office3 work the just about any other mouse works better. Or, you get the Magic TrackPad. Now that's a game changer.

Unusual difficulty in buying a simple Apple Mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was in a locked case. Took forever to find someone with a key. First told me you were out stock but then I found the Apple mouse in the locked case (me).

Just ok
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't aware of a mouse for the Mac. It's ok, but I find that I'm not using it very much because it isn't comfortable for my hand.

Looks Nice But.....Not The Best For Sure
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apple still can't figure out how to make a mouse that works great. I like the look and feel of the mouse but it is always causing things to happen you don't want to happen such as side drift, zooming and pointer disappearing when you wake it. Logitech is still the leader and like with email, Apple still just doesn't GET IT. Money can't solve all problems and Apple is definitely a poster child for that in certain areas.

Big Aplle Fan but these dont Last
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have ever (and multiple) Apple device under the sun including the VisionPro. I’m a huge Apple fan for the past 30 plus years. Very happy with all of their devices except for the (not so magical) Magic Mouse. They work great but do not last. I use them every day all day but have to buy a new one every 6 months. For the price they should ladt longer like the logitech products. I have gone through 9 of them in the past 5 years. About ready to give up and go with another high end brand.
