The care and feeding of the magic mouse

My last one only lasted for 7 months. I should have turned it off between uses.Using the correct recharger is important. Don't let it slide off the mouse pad onto the floor.

I started using a standing desk, and could no longer use my MacBook Pro's track pad and keyboard. I initially bought a standard wireless mouse, but if you've got a Mac, there's just no substitute for the Magic Mouse. It just naturally works with all the best Mac features.

Magic Mouse is Less Than Impressive

I have been using it for about 1.5 months. The best feature is you can scroll left and right by swiping your finger on the mouse. You do not need to click, hold, and scroll. So for Excel spreadsheets or wide pages it is really nice. The worst feature is how loud the clicks are. Super loud and annoying and are part of the physical aspects of the mouse and cannot be turned off. It has no separate "buttons" and is clean and sleek looking but I just have not found it to be any better than a nice Logitec. It functions well, connects easy, and is rechargeable. Wanted to try it out because I bought a new MacBook Pro, but will probably swap over to another mouse soon.
