Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Magic Mouse's long battery life and ease of use, frequently praising its sleek design and smooth gliding performance. However, some users experienced issues with the scrolling functionality and found the bottom-placed charging port inconvenient. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and design outweighs the reported concerns.

Sleek and functional, hit or miss on comfort

The Magic Mouse is great if you love Apple’s smooth gestures — scrolling, swiping between apps, and navigating feels super clean and natural. It's the most intuitive mouse for mac. It looks sleek on any desk and the battery lasts a really long time, so the bottom charging port is not that much of a nuisance. But comfort-wise, it’s not for everyone. The low, flat design can feel awkward during long sessions, and the charging port on the bottom is… well, still a questionable design choice since you can’t use it while it charges. Overall, it’s perfect if you want a minimal, gesture-friendly mouse for everyday use. If you need all-day comfort or extra buttons, you might want something more ergonomic.

I have used my magic mouse for several months (thinking I would get used to it) and I really don't like it. It doesn't fit my hand. There's a lag in movement. The charger plugs into the bottom so you can't use it while charging. It doesn't scroll well, and even worse as my fingernails grow out. If you turn on the right-click function, the clicks doesn't register if your finger is too close to the center line. In this day and age as scammers run rampant, you definitely don't want a mouse that makes it easy to click by accident and I feel like this is entirely possible with a mouse that doesn't click and scroll as you expect. I don't recommend the magic mouse.

It works, its cool. It's a mouse. Don't really have much else to say other than I don't need 5 e-mails a week asking to review a mouse. But here we are lol.

    Extremely Underwhelming Experience

Let’s ignore the charging situation for a few seconds. This maybe the least ergonomic pointing device ever. The top is basically a trackpad, which I thought would be great for more tban just Excel. But due to the shape of the mouse, the touch sensitivity of the top surface, of which is more than 60% active, becomes a major problem. In stock form, this mouse is absolutely horrible for 3D modeling. The accidental activation of varying gestures will have you frustrated to thepoint kf buyer’s remorse. You’ll also be longing for the third button that is the scroll wheel. You have no idea whst you’re missing until it’s gone. That being said, if your idea of a third dimension is a different Excel sheet, this thing is fine. And for the ergonomics, there are at least two aftermarket grips which would solve almost all the problems caused by Apple’s bad design choices. But truth be told: nothing beats the MX Anywhere 3. Save your money - if you need to spend $99 on a mouse, make it a Logitec. This Magic Mouse is for Apple fans who prefer form over function, not people who design things themselves.

The most aesthetically beautiful mouse on the market, the color is good because it doesn't get dirty, I only recommend using it on flat surfaces
