Works Very Well with IPad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this trackpad for use with my 2018 iPad Pro. Now that iPadOS13.4 supports a mouse and trackpad, I bought this trackpad. Has all the hand gestures that it would on a MacBook. Two issues to consider: decide which works better for you, a mouse or trackpad, and that is a personal preference. Second issue: now that the Magic Keyboard has a built in trackpad, do you need a standalone trackpad?

A must buy for mac
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm using it for the macbook pro 15" late 2016, unfortunately this model has a built-in flaw that will cause the monitor to stop working at some point (flexgate), my fix for it was to connect it to a monitor and to use it as desktop, the missing piece was the track pad because mac os gestures, but this megic track pad dose the job well.

Works great and is rechargeable!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this for a track pad on my iMac. Wife has one for her MacBook Pro for when it's docked. You can leave it plugged in charging, or wireless. Magic Mouse 2 doesn't let you use it while charging :(

Exactly what I needed
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After years of using the track pad on my old MBP, I was really kinda lost using the Magic Mouse. This was a welcome upgrade. Although I do use it in conjunction with the Magic Mouse for normal usage, when using particular programs like Logic Pro, I really prefer using the Magic Trackpad. It’s also quite handy for photo and video editing, which I have recently gotten into.

Great track pad!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since COVID I had to set my office up w/ a large screen and my 2018 Macbook Pro in clam shell mode connected to the screen. I purchased this trackpad so I can efficiently us my bluetooth keyboard and mouse to allow me to operate efficiently and it fit the bill. The only thing that I don't like about the device is that it is charged via lightning port NOT USB C. Other than that it is worth it.

Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. One finger controls cruiser. Two fingers will scroll screen up, down, left, or right. Three fingers will show all open windows. Love my computer. Waited on this because I thought it was just another gizmo I’d have to eventually own. Wish I would have bought from day one. Trackpad two has a black usb cord to recharge to eliminate batteries. Thing is so awesome!! Try it! Hope you love it. Also, my wrist don’t hurt as much from movement. Thanks

Great replacement
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit replaced a first-gen Apple trackpad that did not automatically and as it got older I was having to change the batteries every day or two. This unit has built-in rechargeable batteries, plugs into a USB-C port and I can use it while it charges. The batteries last 7 days or more between charges. I really like this trackpad and do recommend it.

Great item!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item shortly after I began to develop carpal tunnel. I was using an Apple magic mouse 2, but I decided to give the trackpad a shot. The price is quite hefty, but I figured if this didn't work for me that I could always resell the item and get close to what I paid for it. It's been 2 weeks since I made the switch and I no longer have any pain in my right hand. I haven't had to charge the trackpad yet, but thankfully you can charge it while you use it.

Awesome Substitute for the Mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Apple's wireless mouse for years and have been very satisfied with its performance. I have played around with the trackpad in the store and finally thought, why not? The track pad is really smooth. I like its large surface as it really makes it easy to navigate using multiple fingers. I can highlight easier than with a mouse by using my thumb and fingers. It is great! I just have to learn how to do the equivalent of the "right click" on it. I won't be going back to the mouse.

I would choose this over a mouse any day.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The trackpad is much easier to use than the magic mouse, especially with all of the gestures you can use on a Mac.

Easier on the arm wrist than using a mouse all day
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spend all day on the computer, much of it editing audio and video. Was ready to shed the mouse experience for something new and more ergonomic and easier on my wrist. I’ve only had the Magic Trackpad a few days but am loving it. I thought the transition from a mouse might be hard, but it’s actually been very easy. Should’ve done this a long time ago.

Ttackpad vs Mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this Trackpad, it's smooth and very responsive. It's not overly sensitive though. Compared to a mouse it makes browsing and navigation that much better. I bought this for web design and will say though, if you intend on copying and pasting a lot u may want to invest in a good mouse. After say 15 hours of work my fingers a bit tired but then again it is 15 hours so I dunno lol. 5-8 should be no problem. I previously had the Apple mouse and that simply sucked.
