I own 2 of these - one for work and one at home. Much better than a traditional mouse or trackball because of the size of the touchpad and the Apple gesture/swiping features. Wouldn’t operate a mac on a desktop without this!

Don't know how I survived without this product before I bought it. It's much easier on your wrist than a traditional Mouse. And you always get a bang for your buck at Best Buy. Good stuff.

Connects easily to Mac and PC. I was surprised with the ease of use and the quality considering the price. Definitely recommend for those who like a track pad instead of a traditional mouse.

Product works well with my desk setup. I have had a MX Master 3 mouse for a while but it was lacking features that would have made my work flow more efficient. With the trackpad I’m able seamlessly switch between applications. Being left handed, I’m also able to use my trackpad on the left side. This is advantage because mouses are pretty much designed for right handed people. Having my magic trackpad 2 on the left, magic keyboard in the middle, and my mx master 3 mouse on the right has functioned amazing for me. Would definitely recommend the space gray finish too! Buy it while it’s still available because it’s discontinued by Apple.

Gave my old generation track pad to my wife and i bought the new one. Positives: excellent feel (much better than previous generation). Large size. Rechargeable (no more wasted batteries) Watching Closely: I have had it disconnect from the Mac several times now. I have a new 2018 MacBook Pro, so I don't know which is the cause. When on my previous MacBook pro (2012) it didn't have issues. Overall - fantastic usability. Large real estate. Feels great.

Upgraded from original track pad. Definitely worth the extra cost to upgrade.

Must have. Gesturing is the best on this. Great compliment to the magic mouse.

I've been using MacBook Pros at work for years and always missed the trackpad on my home iMac. Once I started using this, I'll never go back to a mouse. Easier on my wrist and supports more gestures than I can remeber.

Does exactly what it’s meant to do! I’ve been using it with my iPad Pro, a stand for the iPad, and a keyboard. Really nice setup for when I want a desktop-like configuration.

I am experiencing more comfort and functionality than ever before. The battery charges fast, and lasts a month or more between charges, and it eliminates the need to purchase batteries all the time. The Lightning to USB cable charges automatically with any Mac.

Apple sets the Gold Standard for trackpads IMO. The Magic Trackpad 2 is no different. I use this with my iPad Pro when I'll be working for a bit, and the extra space over what the magic Keyboard offers is perfect. The simulated "click" is indistinguishable from a physical click. The surface is smooth as... well... glass. I do wish there was better support for PC here as I would use this for just about every machine I own. The other shortcoming - much like the Apple Keyboard - is lack of pairing button or even battery/status light. Otherwise, if you're using Apple products, this will be perfect to enhance your pointer experience.

Great track pad especially with built in charger, force touch is a deal maker

I was skeptical at first, but it has been absolutely life changing! I sync it to my laptop to use on a larger monitor and can honestly say it’s worth EVERY penny! Battery life is extremely impressive as well!

I was a little worried about making the purchase due to the high dollar amount. I am so happy I did. It is easy to use and strongly resembles the actions you can do on your phone.

Sleek design and is easy on the hands and fingers. I still have yet to decide if it does enough to warrant the extra cost.

It is very well made. But it is way over priced for the functions it supports.

If you have ever used a MacBook they have the best touchpad in the laptop business. It makes your iMac so much more immersive. Works just like on a MacBook. Easy setup and configuration in Apple Settings.

That was my favorite part of this Apple Trackpad. I only need to use my lighting cable.

Love the trackpad, I swap in between it and the mouse. When I power on the mouse it becomes primary and then I just power it off and trackpad is back to work. Simple and easy to learn. Would recommend.
