This is a worthwhile addition to your setup, even if you use a mouse. I use this for creative work especially even with a mouse or drawing tablet so my left hand can be navigating the screen or changing my view. Plus, a trackpad lets you use shortcuts on a Mac that are handy for navigating a cluttered workspace when multi-tasking. Space Grey also looks great. A little pricey where the value wouldn’t quite be 4 stars but I am still glad to have bought it.

If you like the trackpad on the Apple Macbooks then you will love this trackpad. Basically a bigger version of what is in a Macbook and the same functionality. It can function normally while plugged in. My version has the USB-C to Apple Lightning cable. Functioned flawlessly on my M1 Macboock Pro and M2 Max Studio and haptic feedback feels the same as a Macbook.

I love my magic track pad. With the pad I don’t have the trouble of running out of space when rolling the mouse around and having to lift it up and starting over again.

A game changer for my Mac studio, was using a mouse and keyboard, added this as an extra mouse, using both for music production makes it so much more seamless!

Trackpad is so much better than using a mouse. I love it and can move so swiftly. Some people are mouse people, but the trackpad is a game changer

The best way to use the Apple magjc track pad with the black and newest version

One of the best trackpads you can buy all around, and a must have if you own any Apple computer product.

It took a few days to adjust to finger swipes rather than traditional mouse movements but I like it better now

Love this trackpad! It’s way better than the original mouse that came with my iMac. Very minimal clicking and no moving my wrist around.

Preferred over the Magic Mouse might opt for the new black version but overall great feedback and input. Not very strong easily cracks if dropped be weary of use.
