Touch ID failure

I'm not sure if there's a trick to get it working or what, but often I will try and use it and nothing happens even though the keyboard is connected.

I'd definitely suggest a wrist rest of some sort. After about 20 minutes my hand was about to fall off :).

Touchy touchy

Overpriced junk!

A trackball is much easier to use and more accurate. Movement on the screen with the pad is very jerky. It will open items on the screen without you clicking on them. You will find your hand going off the edge of the pad long before the cursor reaches the end of the screen.

Best Buy is not the place to buy as a customer

I had to trash the damaged product they sent after taking my hard earned money.
