I can't believe I was lucky enough to obtain this readily available power supply from Best Buy! When my Mac's old power supply broke due to not caring very well for it, I was lost. "How will I power my computer now?" I thought to my self. Well, Best Buy and Apple had the answer. They've teamed up to bring us one of the most inspirational power supplies to date. Through the power of conductive technology, insert the male end of this device into any common outlet and away you go! With a lovely color scheme #85 white...This power supply features the transformer conveniently in the exact middle of the cord. No need to worry about toddlers and dogs breaking the cable or your computer, through some kind of magic, the computer side of the cable just sticks there until someone trips over it, then it just flies off! Amazing. I strongly urge anyone looking to power a Mac laptop to purchase this device, as it is pretty much the only thing worthy of your precious personal computer.

I have a last generation white MacBook that the 60w power supply cord frayed after years of hard use and finally wore out. With the 85w my battery charges about 15% faster but the system over all runs much cooler, and no degradation of battery life or run time.

Stay cool compared to my PC laptop power supplies. Will last forever as a home charger. Last one didn't par off as a road warrior. I just use a cheap generic for the road. Trust this one to walk away and leave it for a day or two without worrying it burn down the house or scorch the carpet.

This charged my Mac book pro so much faster and better than the original charger that came with it. I will say you have to be careful with the cords and bending for over time it will start to break. Like the iPhone chargers

My laptop is older and it' s original charger was fraying and I thought that might be dangerous. Got a new one and with the new design style it has rubber around the end of the cord that sticks to your Macbook.

It's a good replacement for macbook pro. I have a mid 2012 model and it works fine with it even though the battery itself needs service.

My original power cable failed after 2 years so I bought a cheap one off of amazon.... It failed in 2 or 3 months. I bought the actual replacement from Best Buy because of my immediate need for my computer to work. It is worth it to but a good cable.

This is a fantastic charger for the MacBook Pro. I would be careful how you handle it tho because where it connects to the large box from the MacBook will break if you are rough with it. But it works wonderfully and im glad apple only has two options for charging our laptops!!!

I was thinking of buying an off brand replacement charger from amazon. However, I'm glad I didn't and just got an original from BestBuy. Works like a charm. Nothing special charges in great time and even has a cool little cover for the port.

I went to the Apple store and the wait time to purchase a cord for my lap top was over an hour. Couldn't believe it. Best Buy made it easy for me to get what I wanted with assistance from employee and get in and out with ease. Will go again when I need an item.

Our MacBook is a glorious 6 years young. Nothing ever wrong with it... The cord just finally showed its age. $85.00 is a lot for a cord but when your laptop outlives everyone else's 3-1 I guess it's worth the cost. Plus if I ever need a new laptop then I will have an extra cord.

Son is in college and when power was out for a week, he plugged computer into portable generator to charge - not a good idea. Burned out old power adapter and plug in on computer. Tech guy replaced plug in and this adapter was the perfect replacement. All is working good

We moved recently and lost our mac charger in the process walked in to Best Buy to buy a new one, there were plenty in stock. It charges the Mac. And it comes with the cord extension so you don't have to sit against the wall to charge it.

This case is perfect if you want an ease of mind for your iPad. Tough and rugged case. Only had one issue since i have purchased this case and it was one of the plastic pieces on the outter shell broke because it was plastic, otherwise, everything else is perfect!

There's not much to say, I needed a changer....so I bought a charger for my MacBook Pro 15'. I've had it for a few months now and I haven't had any issues. I still have my previous charger, and it still works, but I wanted a charger for my house and for my apartment at college.

yes the charger was good I got one from amazon but was not an apple product it would charge but was hot to touch and lasted only 6 mons but was only 25.00.

So far so good. This power supply seems to last a lot longer than the previous ones. The problem is the removable AC Prongs that seems to always not make a good connection. Its a little too pricey though for the price i paid for it.

We have 3 Apple laptops. The kids put their cords through a lot of abuse and use. In over 6 years only replaced one. I trust the Apple brand. And buying Apple products at Best Buy, I am well protected because of my Elite Plus member status so it's a double advantage!
