Falls Short of Greatness

About 60% of the time, it works for my phone. For the other 40%, I end up with a dead phone. I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro, and while I can place it on the charger, and the indicator light, lights up, saying it's charging, it fails to charge if it, in the slightest way, gets bumped. As for the watch part, that works flawlessly.
