No frills here with this device. It is an adapter from MagSafe to MagSafe2 for a Thunderbolt display. Not too many people are in the market for one of these adapters, but I was. The magnets on the adapter are very strong and say in place without a problem. I have never had problems disconnecting it from my MacBookPro. Worth the purchase if you need it.

Fantastic build quality and the magnet holding it to the mag 1 is stronger than the one connecting it to the device. I rarely have it detach from the cord versus the computer it is connected to.
