If you have Apple laptops you should always carry one of these around. The various MagSafe chargers are all similar but different. These are convenient to have.

This adapter is perfect for the use it's intended. No complaints here.

Although this item seems a bit pricey for a small adapter, it actually saves money vs. purchasing another full power adapter. Enables use of older MagSafe I power adapters for use with newer MacBook Pro models that take the MagSafe II power adapter.

I have a couple of the older style MagSafe chargers that still work well even after all this time. This converter allows the newer style MagSafe2 laptop I have to use the older MagSafe Charger. Great idea!

I have an older plug at home and the newer plug at work. This was the perfect solution for not having to buy a new plug or to remember to bring my newer plug back and forth.

Overall this adapter does what you need it too. Unfortunately the first one I bought, the pins got dirty from time to time and charging got intermittent after a year or 2 of use, had to replace it.

I lost my MacBook Air charger but still had the charger from my previous Mac. This handy little converter let me use that one instead of purchasing an entirely new charger.

How many times have you forgotten you Mage Safe 2 charger? The adapter is great when you have a friend with an earlier Mage Safe charger and you need to charge your latest generation MacBook. Saved me from running our of power several times.

I keep one of these in my computer bag in case I have to adapt a charger for someone else who forgot their own, or in case I have to borrow someone else's charger. Works great, eliminates the need to carry 2 chargers.

The product works ok. but I am annoyed that Apple made it necessary in the first place. The sales assistant had no knowlege of it, even though he personally had all Apple products.

I purchased this and the adaptor that comes separately with it. I wasn't too happy to have to purchase them separately, so I returned it and found a place to purchase the unit as one.

This works as advertised. Well constructed as expected from Apple.

Plug it in and away you go. This is one of those products that it either works or it doesn't. This works well. Why Apple decided to change their power cord is beyond me. Doing so only complicates the issue.

It does what it's supposed to do. Wish it didn't cost so much.

Only warning is watch the wattage if you put this on a 65 Watt power supply and connect to a newer MacBook the 65 Watt might not be enough. This works on both the older Apple 65 Wat and 85 Watt power supplies.
