New Mac but old MagSafe adapter? Then buy this.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When (if) you buy a newer MacBook (Pro/Air) that has the MagSafe2 power brick, what do you do with the extra MagSafe (older) power brick you bought for your old Mac? Well, buy this little adapter and make the old power brick fit the new Mac perfectly. I epoxy'd mine to a lanyard so I wouldn't lose it. Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid because the magnet that connects this adapter to the power brick is very strong.

Now I have two Chargers!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this adapter to be able to use an old charger from my 2009 MacBook Pro, it works fine, it just charges a bit slower than the charger that came with my new MacBook Pro Retina Display. It's prefect for home use and browsing the internet, if working on premiere it will consume almost the same amount of energy it's producing and will charge very little but will not drain the battery. Works as promised. Definitely get this adapter if you don't want to buy a second charger.
