Too bad that I had to buy this
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to buy this because after about a year and a half, the adapter that came with my MacBook Pro was worn out and din't provide reliable contact any more. It's a shame that such a dongle would be needed at all! Apple's fault twice: (a) that they had to change the MagSafe connector at all within a few years, and (b) that the required adapter is of such low quality. But replacing it (and paying the price) at least fixed the problem. I can charge my MacBook again.
