I don't guess it can be avoided but sure, it's a little annoying. It may not be fair to blame the product, as I have no basis for comparison.

Lowered my car antenna (so radio signals don't interfere) and was able to hook up my I phone and listen to Sirius XM radio with transmitter tuned in to 100,9 FM. It does require some patients to find a station that accommodates, but once found, the results can be very rewarding. B+
