Mini DisplayPort to VGA connection works as it should and connection/setup was very simple.

Great Apple adapter

Useful for Mac Owners

The connection was not as reliable as I'd hoped so I bought the adapter and it works exactly as advertised: Thunderbolt to HDMI. The connection is much more reliable and the wires seem reliable after consistent use for about a year.

Good quality cable
