Purchased for a client who needed to connect their older VGA monitor to a MS Surface "Dock". Worked perfectly, happy customer.

I needed a way to connect my MacBook Air to a projector for a presentation. The projector had a VGA port and this adapter worked well.

I had originally ordered a similar aftermarket version of this adaptor because I thought it was too expensive (the aftermarket version was half the price). After having the aftermarket version for one day, it went bad. At first I did not understand why. I thought some thing was wrong with my new Macbook Pro. I decided to give this Apple adaptor a try. It was straight forward to install(though you may have to look up online how to configure your laptop to maximize your TV/monitor). Note, does not provide sound if you're using a TV. It has been working for me since with no issues. In the end, the lesson holds true: "You get what you pay for".

Working from home made easy with this. Definitely a must have if you have one of the old monitors.

This is a must-have for business-type presentations, especially if only VGA projectors are available. It allows easy connection to support dual monitor or projector use.

These adapters used to come with the lap top computers, its very confusing which one you will need.

I needed this adapter for video I was using. Best Buy was the only brick and mortar store around that carried it. It's works great is just what I needed.

Purchased this an an accessory for my Apple products and my work from home issues. It works fine.

Great for wanting to have extended multiple displays at once. May be a bit pricy but then again what Apple product isn't? Still great functionality and use for the money.

got this little thing because I was giving a presentation in an area where I was not sure what they had as far as AV equipment. I was able to use this to plug in my mac to the projector and able to show my slide show without a hitch. looking forward to using in future presentations.
