It's not that this is a bad keyboard. In fact, the feel is excellent and I like typing on it. But, it's identical to my MacBook Air keyboard. It's hard on the hands and wrists to use any laptop keyboard all day long, and if you have your MacBook placed on a stand for readability, it's even harder on them. Using an external keyboard makes sense. But, this is not an ergonomic keyboard, or even what I would consider a full-sized keyboard. And so, I don't understand when this would be a useful addition. My advice - Skip this, get an ergonomic keyboard that has Mac-compatible keys.

There isn't anything that necessarily blows me away about this keyboard but I haven't taken the time to figure out the advantages of having this keyboard, I am just apple loyal ;)

Great build quality, works without any problems across all my apple products. The key travel is unrivaled and of course it is appealing to look at.

The technology of this keyboard has improved since the first keyboard I had purchased. I ordered this item and it arrived within 2 days! Very impressed.

I tried buying a less expensive Bluetooth keyboard, you get what you pay for. But it right the first time. The other one had a bit of a lag everyone you wine to use it, as it had to wake up....frustrating.

This is a must buy if you have a desktop setup for your Mac laptop. Since it is rechargeable via the included Lightning to USB cable, you no longer have to bother with AA batteries. I'm only docking one star because it is only compatible with OS X El Capitan and that the battery seems to drain faster, compared to the Magic Trackpad, even while the machine is idle.

This product is meeting my needs, nothing special about it.

I bought the Magic Keyboard early in the stay-at-home time frame. It was a perfect complement to my IPad. It was a cinch to connect via Bluetooth.

Love my new keyboard. It works as it should and the shipping was fast. Word of advice don’t drink around your keyboard these are not expensive.

Works great and no complaints. Though I did end up returning it because the mac I got was faulty, I never had any issues with the keyboard

I tried a few Bluetooth keyboards. Some couldn't keep a consistent connection, some didn't have keys that matched the keys on my MacBook Pro. Obviously, you get what you pay for. The Apple keyboard just works.

After an unfortunate accident involving a water bottle with my last keyboard, I needed to replace it fast. Best Buy had exactly what I needed in stock. It's a great keyboard, unless you spill liquid on it.

We purchased this keyboard to replace an older Apple Keyboard with a key that stuck. This one is even better than the previous model,because it does not require batteries and is rechargeable.

I got this to use with my iPad, which at times feels cumbersome because I still have to reach forward and touch the iPad often..I just wish Apple would allow some sort of mouse integration..we will see.

Wished it would have a light or some indication of when needing a charge or where my battery life is at.

Typing on a laptop keyboard on a desk is the worst thing for your hand. Enter Apple Keyboard. It works just like the laptop's keyboard and even better, is easy to charge.

I've always had the Bluetooth keyboard, so I was a little confused paying more and then seeing a cord. However this is so much better because I charge and unplug.....no more batteries to purchase....yeah

I got this keyboard to use for using my MacBook Pro for desk work, with the laptop is on a stand. Cons: It is a very flat feeling, and the keys are very low-profile as it feels like my current 2018 MacBook Pro keyboard (butterfly switch). Not suitable if you are using the keyboard on a high desk and requires your wrist to fold over to reach and type. Pro: Bluetooth is amazing as it connected to my Mac right away as I turned it on, and I can change the keyboard's name on my Mac's setting. It is chargeable if just your current iPhone charger cable as it uses a lighting port.
