This wireless keyboard has a super long battery life. Even though I keep it plugged in most of the time, it's nice knowing that the battery can handle long periods of time between charges. I recommend staying with Apple's keyboard if you have a Mac.

I've had this product for several months now and have had no issues. The convenience of being detached to the laptop while surfing the net or creating documents is worth more than the cost of this product. If you are thinking about buying this product, stop thinking and buy it.

I have used many many kaybaords due to my work as system engineer. Apple's keyboard are the closet/2nd best after mechanical keyboards. Works great with my MacBook Pro & my iPad Air 2. If you own a MacBook Pro & Apple Magic Mouse, then you gotta get this keyboard.

Works great. Doesn’t rock the way my previous battery keyboard did. Also holds it’s charge for several days. Plus the low profile discourages The Jendaysaurus Rex from popping off the keys.

This would depend upon you preference as I have bit the old and the new magic wireless keyboards. The new one has less key travel and is a different typing experience. At first it was not comfortable, but after using it for a while, I like it better than the original.

This keyboard is the best keyboard i've ever had received. It has such a great battery life I didn't need to charge for along time never dropped to less than 90% for the whole week, I was very surprised. Highly recommend

Needed a Keyboard for my Mac. Of all the ones I reviewed, this was the best choice.

Bending over a laptop doesn't work for me. I am addicted to using this independent keyboard and putting my laptop screen higher. This is the third one I've bought, The first one worse out (one key started sticking, and that doesn't work for a rapid typist), and the second one is at home in Belize, which I can't get to right now. So I decided to buy another as a back up.

I bought this keyboard a few weeks back. It is light, portable and easy on my fingers. Chargers via a lightning cable (comes with it). I would recommend this to buyers on the lookout for a keyboard for Apple laptops.

My daughter needed a keyboard for her MacBook Air! Her keyboard on the MacBook Air needs replacement but we can’t have it repaired until after her semester is over! This was a great choice and works great!

This is my new daily keyboard for my MacBook Pro when it's docked at home. Apple finally updated their wireless keyboard to include a rechargeable battery (which lasts a long time and is charged quickly) and more modern design. The typing experience is about the same as the previous keyboard, in terms of key travel, but it's better overall as Apple increased the size of the keys. The only feature I wish Apple would have included was a backlight. The keyboard is rather expensive and typing in the dark would have been improved had they included a backlight system. There are other keyboards in this price range that include a backlight. They aren't as compact or well-designed as Apple's keyboard but still. Owners of the previous generation Apple Bluetooth keyboard should upgrade unless they purchased 3rd party rechargeable batteries. People with plastic keyboards and models that use a USB port will find that this is a huge upgrade.

After a set of old batteries corroded and destroyed my last Apple wireless keyboard, I was pleasantly surprised to learn this new one came with a built-in rechargeable battery. It’s understandably a bit more expensive, and the case is surprisingly small, but it is apparently still a full-sized keyboard with nice snappy keys and excellent build quality.

Seems like good quality but $100; really? That's the whole problem with Apple. Pricey, that's why most people stay with windoz or make the smart move over to Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Very happy with my new replacement Apple Magic Keyboard. Don’t have to replace batteries when they run low. Just plug it in and it recharges the battery and it lasts much longer without having to recharge.

Extremely light keyboard with standard sized and ultra quiet keys. Only lacks a number pad.

If you're looking for a full size keyboard, portable enough to travel with your iPad...look no further. This keyboard bluetooths in seamlessly, and works like a charm. It charges with the lighting cable, so there's never any need to travel with additional chargers.

I love the magic keyboards. I love the slim design, the low key profile that provides and perfect balance between slimness and key travel. I love that you can run it as a wired keyboard while it charges. What I wish was different is that it would be backlit. All of apple's laptop keyboards are backlit, why can't this one be? Hopefully a future version will offer it.

I was looking for a keyboard that would feel similar to the keyboard for my MacBook Pro, and this fits the bill. I use it all the time and haven't had to charge it since its first full charge a month ago.
