It charges via its cable, and is so much better than wasting batteries. Best buy was great in that they met the price on Amazon, which was $5,00 less, without question.

Replacement for an older wireless keyboard

Pairs very nicely with a Magic Mouse, and is very simple to use -- very expected with Apple products. I also enjoy the larger key travel, which is virtually non-existent on the MacBook Pro.

Good battery. Not a good to type
