its great product the only con is there is no back light

This keyboard was purchased for a friend's computer. It easily paired with my laptop, but it took hours to figure out how to get it to work on his 5 year old desktop. Only choice for an Apple wireless keyboard. Will only recommend because it's the only one.

I have a new Macbook Pro with the butterfly keyboard. Hate it. Was hoping that the "Magic Keyboard" would have the old raised keys. They're raised slightly but not as much as the old keyboards.

Although its wireless, it really doesn't have any other features to call it "magic". Its a standard small keyboard. I ended up returning it to get the wired keyboard with numeric pad because it just felt more natural and matched the one i use at work.

I use my MacBook permanently plugged into a monitor and using this keyboard. This is my second one, a crumb got stuck in a key and I tried to pop some keys off to clean and it, well I ended up breaking it.

These aren’t that special for a Mac keyboard. I’d say the Logitech k84(?) is better. Got it because I hated changing charging batteries. Get it if you only want Apple devices. I didn’t see any true value at that price

This is the 3rd Magic Keyboard I've had to purchase in 3 years. When I clean the keyboard if there is the slightest bit too much moister on the cleaning pad, the keyboard goes on the fritz and stops working. B/c the keys are white they do need to be cleaned from time to time. The issue is I clean it the same way each time with a damp microfiber cloth and for whatever reason sometimes that shorts the keyboard out. This is the only keyboard type I've ever had this issue with.

Had to replace after a few keys stopped working. Too long for Applecare to take care. Best buy reps, helped me with a replacement. Sometimes things are defective no matter what brand they are.

I love the keyboard when it works, but like clockwork every year, the keys randomly stop working and I have to buy another. It's clean and doesn't need to be charged. It simply has a short life. This review is for my second purchase. I'm about to make a third. I'm a writer and HAVE to have one today, otherwise I would shop around for better at the same price.

I was ready to cancel my order and write off BB until Miles from the Total tech Geek squad answered the phone on Sunday and took care of my problems. I don’t even want to take the time to go over every way your Janesville Wi store screwed around with me. But Miles came through for me. I suggest you train your personnel to act as he did with respect and compassion. The product is beautiful and I expect the remainder of my purchase being delivered on Monday to be just as nice.

This is my third Magic keyboard...the others just stop working and Apple won’t repair them...lucky I have rewards points.

Invest your money in a good Bluetooth Mechanical keyboard instead. This thing has so little feedback, and is not very comfortable to type on.

I really dislike this keyboard, enough to go back to the old one. I love how it looks and the thinness of it, but the keys are just way too flat. By flat I mean they're really close to the board itself, so when you press the keys it doesn't have that enjoyable springy button pressing feeling. It almost feels like your tapping on something that doesn't push back at all. I ended up switching back to the old version.

Poor keyboard with no slant for typing. Don't waste your money.

I wish Apple offered a better quality keyboard. I find myself buying two per year. If you want a keyboard that pairs seemlessly with your apple products so that all of the keys do exactly what they say then this is the best bet for you. I find that the keys get stuck very easily or stop working all together. If having an Apple product isnt a priority for you then I'd pick a different brand.

Purchased this to replace the old keyboard which broke. Unfortunately this was not compatible with the slightly older Mac. For newer model computers, it will probably be fine.

Difficult to set up and not clear that it wouldn't work without latest Mac OS update installed.

Keyboard is too stylish and not big enough for my hands. Makes typing difficult

Had to replace due to battery corrosion. Have since read this is an issue. Not happy I had to replace on a machine that isn’t that old.
