Pickup at Fairlakes was great!

He took the necessary precautions, wore mask and gloves and interacted with me from a good distance. The whole pickup experience at BestBuy Fairlakes during this pandemic situation has been quite safe and easy.

Uncomfortable design

The worst part is the cursor key placement. So awkward! Always hitting Shift instead of Up. On the plus side it charges via Lightning port so you're not going through tons of batteries.

Sturdy keyboard, but takes time to adjust to it

The user manual gives limited instructions for how to operate them. Also, the keyboard is small, with keys placed close to each other. I touch type and had to learn how to change (tighten) my hand position. I've adjusted to it after a few weeks. However, it's difficult for me to go back and forth between a larger keyboard I use for my Microsoft computer and the Apple Magic keyboard. The solution is to buy a keyboard that is compatible with both computers.
