Now, I spend more time trying to figure out how my Office 365 changed than accomplishing anything.

Was supposed to be 4 months but only got 3. Website was wrong as I was told that promo ended last year. Was free so really can’t complain too much

This doesn't seem to organize information as well. The learning curve is longer on this. I am fumbling using this.

Poor contact service

Broke hinges on computer before return to me. Sent to repair, called for pickup 3 times but computer not there. Final insult told charge for repair.

It didn’t work.

I even canceled my subscription and waited until it expired before trying to use the promo code again to see if it would let me use it as a returning user. It still didn’t work. This is a fluff benefit that isn’t a real thing unless you have literally never had Apple Music. I was bamboozled.
